Mi-T-M offers a full range of custom metal fabrication and precision machining services to meet our customers' needs. We employ a first article inspection process using the Virtek laser inspection measuring system, which is capable of a wide range of measuring applications.

Capabilities include:

Laser Cutting
Our seven Mitsubishi laser cutting systems are fully automated including loading and unloading capabilities with sheet storage towers. These high powered machines are capable of cutting up to 7/8" thick with a 6'x12' sheet capacity.

Forming
Mi-T-M utilizes both electric and hydraulic press brakes for the highest degree of accuracy. We also use highly automated CNC equipment to perform the complex series of steps required to produce parts that match original CAD designs.

Welding
From our professionally trained ASME-certified welders to our automated welding robots, we guarantee the best precision welding possible.

Accuracy
Accuracy is a high priority at Mi-T-M, and that is why we developed a continuous length tubing process to manufacture hot water heating coils used in all Mi-T-M hot water pressure washers.

Superior Finish Quality
Mi-T-M's two eco-friendly 7-stage powder coating systems are Class-A finish for a superior finish that is harder and more durable than conventional paint.
