Strongwell’s QUAZITE® precast polymer concrete products include a wide variety of splice/pull boxes, equipment enclosures, traffic signal cabinet bases, and electrical and telecommunications equipment pads. QUAZITE® is stronger yet weighs significantly less than traditional concrete, making installation easy because no special equipment is needed to set boxes or pads. Additionally, QUAZITE® is corrosion resistant and won’t flex or crack with temperature extremes. Most QUAZITE® enclosures are UL Listed and all meet or exceed ANSI/SCTE 77-2002 standards for underground enclosure performance as referenced in the 2005 NEC®.
